Brand Tests Designers’ Lighting Knowledge with Interior Design

Wood-Mode, the leading manufacturer of fine custom cabinetry, wants to test the lighting knowledge of interior designers when it comes to integrated lighting innovations in kitchens and bathrooms. Wood-Mode partnered with Interior Design magazine to host, “What’s Your Kitchen Lighting IQ?,” a fun quiz program leading up to NeoCon 2017. One grand-prize winner will receive a $5,000 credit towards their next Wood-Mode cabinetry order with a free integrated lighting package, as well as an all-expenses paid trip to NeoCon including hotel, airfare and $1,000 spending cash.

With 84% of renovating homeowners upgrading lighting in kitchen projects, there has been increased focus placed on cabinetry-centric lighting solutions. But interior designers and homeowners have more options than ever before to incorporate a broad range of integrated lighting applications into custom cabinetry and furniture pieces. Through Wood-Mode’s exclusive integrated lighting program featuring Hafele LED solutions, interior designers can rest easy knowing this is a holistic approach to seamless lighting design and installation on their next project.

The grand prize winner will be announced on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. While in Chicago for NeoCon, the winner will be treated to a VIP tour of Wood-Mode’s Lifestyle Design Center (Suite 119) to learn more about its exclusive integrated lighting program. Additionally, the winner will attend Wood-Mode’s new CEU presentation titled, “Lighting the Way: A Seamless Approach to Integrated Lighting in Cabinetry Design,” presented on June 12th from 3-4pm in the showroom. This program is eligible for one CEU credit.
